Some Outlook options have changed but you don’t have to worry about it.

Don’t worry if your Outlook email looks a little different right now; it’s all part of a new Microsoft upgrade. Teams parent company has made a few adjustments to the interface of its email service to make the online version of Outlook more similar to its other versions. As a result, several essential options have shifted slightly – but they’re all still there, we guarantee.

Changes in outlook

Outlook on the web will soon change the position of some of the compose choices for a message. The “Send,” “Discard,” and formatting choices have all been updated. Office 365 parent company has not yet revealed where the choices will be moved but it should be quite similar to the current layout on the desktop version of Outlook. Microsoft claims that this update brings the web experience closer to the traditional and new Outlook for Windows.

This upgrade is the most recent improvement to Outlook as Microsoft strives to make the application functional and straightforward for users throughout the world. Recently, the business began rolling out the new performance-focused version of Outlook to personal account holders. Which was previously available solely to business users, the new “One Outlook” desktop software delivers a clean, minimalist visual consistent with the Windows 11 design style. It also contains associated programs such as Calendar and Contacts.

The new design includes the option to handle Gmail, Yahoo, and other inbox feeds from Outlook, which is a bonus for anyone who has numerous email accounts with different service providers. In addition, the business recently introduced a stripped-down version of Outlook that it claims can work smoothly on even the most basic Android handsets. Outlook Lite, which is now available, provides all the essential features of the popular platform without the strain on battery life and system resources that users with low-end phones experience.
